House of Tabatabais
It is one of the most beautiful houses in Kashan city, which was built in the 13th century in Sultan Amir Ahmad neighborhood and is known as the bride of Iran’s houses. Tabatabai House, like other historical buildings, has the originality of architecture and design suitable for the specific culture and climate of the region, and luxurious and magnificent decorations.
As soon as you enter the vestibule of the house, a cool and pleasant breeze will caress your face. If you go down the 20 steps in front of you, you will reach the beautiful and wide yard of the house. A yard whose beauty and splendor will make you instantly think. A large pond is stretched from one side to the other side of the yard, and on both sides of the pond, there are six octagonal gardens full of beautiful flowers, which add to the freshness of the house. The building of this house was built by Seyyed Ja’far Tabatabai Natanzi, and for this reason it is known as the house of the Tabatabais. This historical complex has an area of 4700 square meters and has 40 rooms, 4 courtyards, 4 cellars, 3 windmills and 2 aqueducts. One of the attractions of this house is its unique architecture.
This building was built in the second half of the 13th century and during the Qajar period. This building was built by a businessman named Hassan Natanzi known as Hassan Boroujerdi. This 3000 meter building includes two inner and outer courtyards. The paintings of this building have been designed and executed in different ways with oil and watercolor under the supervision of the famous artist Kamal al-Mulk. According to reliable sources, the construction of this old house took 18 years from 1292 to 1310. One of the attractions of this building is its unique and different architecture, its unique skylights and wind deflectors.
Abbasian house
The Abbasian house was started in 1202 by Seyed Ibrahim, a Kashani merchant, and was completed 20 years later. This house has an area of 5 thousand square meters and is built on 5 floors and has 5 courtyards. It is very close to other historical houses and very unique. The attractiveness of this building, in addition to the type and style of Iranian architecture, can be pointed to the symmetry of its architecture, which is very elegant, and all the sides of the house are completely symmetrical.v
Al Yassin’s house
Al Yassin Kashan House was built in the middle of the 13th century AH by the order of Mohammad Shah Qajar for the late Mohammad Taqi Hosseini Kashani and inherited by Nizamuddin Mojtahed Kashani known as Al Yassin, the first representative of the people of Kashan in the National Assembly. The main parts include the pool, the hall and the surrounding rooms. The arts of plastering, painting, and Chinese knotting are evident in the ultimate beauty of this house. Straw surfaces are also a feature of this historical building.
